The Mná Le Chéile Co-Created Framework for Change

22 August 2025

The co-created Mná Le Chéile Framework for Change serves as the guiding vision for this shared platform.

At the heart of this framework are the 5 C’s:

  • Collaboration – working together across services, communities, and systems.
  • Connection – deep listening, meaningful conversations, and true inclusion of lived and living experience.
  • Cultivation – creating environments of growth, mentorship, reflection, and continuous learning.
  • Creativity – finding new and innovative ways to redesign systems, reimagine accessibility, and redefine success.
  • Change – pushing for systemic reform, breaking down stigma and barriers, and ensuring women’s voices are represented in decision-making.

We invite you to explore the framework, reflect on the questions posed within it, and consider how you can take part.
